The main mission of the deanship is centred on: -
* Providing and preparing educational and administrative studies in addressing the issues that concern the university in various academic, administrative and infrastructure aspects.
* Studying the nationally accredited accreditation standards and working to apply them by benefiting from international trends and experiences in the field of higher education to improve the organisational and administrative level of the university.
* Developing plans and programmes aimed at raising the qualitative level of university performance, academically and administratively, through quality control in the inputs, processes and outputs of the university's process.
The work of the deanship is centred on three axes:
The first axis: Public and Private Accreditation. The Centre works to review the general standards and ensure that there are no violations in any aspect, and to address the concerned departments to ensure that they do not exceed the standards of public and private accreditation as provided by the Accreditation Commission for Higher Education Institutions
The second axis: Quality Assurance Quality assurance committees have been formed and these committees will be based on the axes received by the Accreditation Commission in the Ministry of Higher Education, which are as follows: faculty members, research output, students, facilities provided by the institution, funding, and university programmes: Faculty members, research output, students, facilities provided by the institution, funding, and university programmes. These committees will hold periodic meetings to follow up on the previous axes and how to achieve them in the administrative and academic colleges.
The third axis: Performance development for faculty members, administrators and technicians working at the university to improve performance and develop human resources. In this aspect, courses will be held to develop the expertise of academic faculty members, administrators and technicians working at the university.
