The University Security Department was established from the beginning of the establishment of the university in 1994 and was affiliated with the Department of Public Services until 2019, when it became affiliated with the Deanship of Student Affairs, and in this year 2021, the department became affiliated to the Assistant President for Administrative Affairs.
The University Security Department is one of the important departments, as it works to maintain public order and security on campus for students and faculty and administrative staff, as well as protecting all university property and organizing the entry and exit of students and workers to and from the campus according to the instructions set for that.
