The Faculty of Educational Sciences was established in the academic year 2007/2008, and the college grants a bachelor’s degree in the disciplines of: classroom teacher, psychological and educational counseling, special education, professional education at the bachelor’s level and the higher diploma program in education, and the college is looking forward to developing its current programs, and developing a master’s program in these disciplines and in other disciplines.

The main objectives of the college are:

  • Communicate with the local community and take into account its circumstances and meet its educational and educational needs, by preparing educators, teachers and specialized and qualified counselors to work in the fields of: education, psychological counseling, special education and vocational education, and the college has embraced thousands of students in their various disciplines, most of whom graduated, and the college has provided the local community with qualified and trained human cadres with a great deal of efficiency, who occupied important positions in all walks of life in Jordan and brotherly countries, especially in the Arab Gulf countries, and is based on teaching students in the college A selection of professors with experience, specialization and academic ranks for all required disciplines.
  • Paying attention to the practical practical dimension that emphasizes the acquisition of skills, in a way that enables students to highlight their skills, potentials and activities in their field of specialization.
  • Providing students with the basics of scientific research in the field of specialization and the field of education.
  • Introducing students to the issues of their society, their environment, and the world around them, by presenting them to them, urging them to think about them, analyze and interpret them, and enabling them to speak Arabic and English, to help them learn about their heritage, civilization and other civilizations.
  • Achieving a community partnership with the Ministries of Education and Social Development, and institutions related to the nature of specializations in the college, in order to provide the field and facilitate field training and practical application for students in it.
