1- Review the study plans periodically. 2- Develop the guidance plan for students in coordination with the academic advising committees. 3- Consulting with faculty members on the philosophy and objectives of the teaching plan, and working to achieve the objectives of the plan by reviewing the description of the study materials and correcting them to serve the objectives of the plan. 4- Follow up the accreditation requirements with regard to the study plan and propose amendments that are commensurate with the accreditation requirements. 5- Reviewing and updating postgraduate studies plans.

1- Placement by providing books, references and scientific CDs and updating them. 2- Making a periodic inventory of references, books and cylinders that were previously requested. 3- Reviewing the latest research, references and scientific books for teaching purposes. 4- Ensure that books are provided and circulated to fellow faculty members. 5- Follow up on students’ visits to the library and ensure that it is used correctly. 6- Coordination with faculty members on the need to benefit from the available scientific references.

1- Distributing students to academic advisors. 2- Controlling the guidance process through appropriate documentation. 3- Evaluating the progress of guidance, identifying problems and proposing appropriate solutions 4- Follow-up of students expected to graduate. 5- Ensure the presence of faculty members in their offices during registration, withdrawal and addition, and academic advising hours. 6- Reviewing the conditions of students who are struggling in their studies and helping them to settle their situations. 7- Identifying the students’ humanitarian cases related to their psychological and financial conditions, and taking the necessary measures.

Examination Committee

1- Circulate to faculty members instructions and procedures related to semester and final exams. 2- Preparing and coordinating the examination schedule and observations at the beginning of each semester, and determining the halls in the event of the exam face-to-face. 3- Adopting a unified form for paper and electronic exams and circulating it, taking into account the application of quality conditions. 4- Coordination between the committee and the heads of departments to ensure the proper functioning of the examination process, observations and photography. 5- Submit the examination papers for cases of (cheating) to the Dean of the College and in turn refer them to the investigation committee, and the appropriate action is taken. 6- Flexibility in dealing with exam invigilators by agreeing to switch their observers if they request it. 7- Holding accountable everyone who is absent from his observations without informing the committee in advance and recommending the Dean of the College to take the necessary action.

1- Ensure the application of public and special accreditation standards. 2- Working to develop the skills and capabilities of faculty members with quality requirements through courses and workshops. 3- Develop a plan to follow up the implementation of quality control requirements in the college. 4- Spreading awareness among faculty members and students of the importance of applying the quality control and accreditation system. 5- Follow up the teaching and learning process, and ensure that the course plan is duly applied. 6- Ensure the availability of teaching and learning means and resources necessary for the success of the educational process, and ensure that they are used effectively. 7- Follow up the implementation of quality control agendas in a timely manner. 8- Coordination with faculty members regarding achieving the objectives of quality control at the university. 9. Ensure that the necessary documents are available in the evidence room in paper form, and on the computer and document this. 10. Follow up on students’ achievement and help them solve the problems they encounter through the various coordination committees, propose appropriate solutions, and ensure their application and effectiveness. 11. Coordinate with all committees in the college, ensure the implementation of the tasks required of them, and achieve their objectives to serve the requirements of quality control. 12. Supervise the information published on the college’s website, and follow up on its update. 13. Prepare the periodic reports required to follow up the implementation of quality control requirements.
