1. Develop a plan for the work of the Committee, including tasks, objectives, policies and measurement of performance indicators. 2. Document the work of the Committee in the minutes of meetings and save them in an appropriate place. 3- Considering and completing the tasks referred by the Dean of the College to the Committee. 4- Communicating with the local community in line with the vision and mission of the college. 5- Include community service within the strategic objectives of the college, as it included the fifth strategic goal: “Building bridges of cooperation between the college and the local community.” 6- Carrying out various activities in the college, in which communication with the student and his participation in student activities activities, for example: trips, theater, and internal and external cultural competitions between students and faculty members. 7- Organizing activities and events that serve the local community through coordination with local community institutions. 8- Developing communication mechanisms between students inside and outside the university. 9- Determining the budget of cultural and social activity in the college that is spent on activities? 10. Supervise the preparation of student activities reports. 11- Establishing mutual introductory programs between the college and the various governmental and private educational sectors to identify the labor market with a distinguished reputation, and encourage cultural and scientific exchange programs to achieve the highest levels of quality.

1- Review the study plans periodically. 2- Develop the guidance plan for students in coordination with the academic advising committees. 3- Coordinating with faculty members regarding the teaching plan, its philosophy and objectives, and working to achieve the objectives of the plan by reviewing the description of the subjects and their objectives and directing them to serve the objectives of the plan. 4- Follow up the accreditation requirements with regard to the study plan and propose appropriate amendments. 5- Ensuring and updating graduate studies plans. 6- Equivalence of courses studied by the student transferring to the College of Arts and Arts from a university, college or institute recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education, or from another college within the university. 7- In the event that the student moves from one major to another, the committee calculates and compares the subjects in the previous plan with the student’s plan for the new major, matches the vocabulary of the required subject, and equalizes it to one of the courses included in the plan. 8- Determining the stage and academic year in which the student is finally accepted after the equation. 9- Keep a copy of the equations until they are referred to similar equations. 10- Creating a system through which to refer to the subjects that have been equivalent to a specific university or college. 11- Writing the final reports after making the necessary equation for the student, including all written approvals from the head of the department and the subject teacher (nominated by the head of the department). 12. Send the equations in their final form to the competent authority for approval and necessary action.

1- Recommending the provision of books and scientific references and updating them. 2- Making a periodic inventory of references and books that were previously requested. 3- Reviewing the latest research, references and scientific books for teaching purposes. 4- Ensure the availability of books and circulate them. 5- Follow up the students’ use of the library. 6- Coordination with faculty members on the need to benefit from the available scientific references.

1- Investigating students’ cases referred to it. 2- Preparing the appropriate report and recommendations, coordinating with the Guidance Committee to identify the behaviors of some students.

1- Distributing students to counselors. 2- Controlling the guidance process through appropriate documentation. 3- Evaluating the progress of guidance, identifying problems and proposing appropriate solutions. 4- Follow-up of students expected to graduate. 5- Ensure the presence of faculty members in their offices during registration, withdrawal, addition, and academic advising hours. 6- Reviewing the conditions of students who are struggling in their studies and helping them to settle their situations. 7- Identifying students’ humanitarian cases related to their psychological conditions and taking the necessary measures.

Examination and University Proficiency Examination Committee

1- Circulating the procedures related to the semester and final exams to faculty members. 2- Adopting a unified form for paper exams and circulating it, taking into account the application of quality conditions. 3- Coordination between the committee and the heads of departments to control the conflict process according to the progress of the examination process, observations and photography. 4- Submitting the test papers for cases of (cheating) and placement to the Dean of the College and referring them to the investigation committee. 5- Holding accountable anyone who is absent from his observations without informing the committee in advance and recommending the dean of the college to transfer him to the investigation committee.

Accreditation and Quality Committee

1- Ensure the application of public and special accreditation standards. 2- Work on developing the skills and capabilities of faculty members through courses and workshops. 3- Develop a plan to follow up the application of quality control requirements in the college. 4- Spreading awareness among faculty members and students of the importance of applying the quality control and accreditation system. 5- Follow up the educational process and ensure that the course plan is duly applied. 6- Ensure the availability of teaching and learning means and resources necessary for the success of the educational process and ensure that they are used effectively. 7. Follow up the implementation of quality control programs in a timely manner. 8- Coordination with faculty members regarding achieving the objectives of quality control at the university. 9- Ensure that the necessary documents are documented and available in paper form and on the computer. 10. Follow up on students’ achievement and problems in various courses through the various coordination committees, propose appropriate solutions and ensure their application and effectiveness. 11. Coordinate with all committees in the college, ensure the implementation of the tasks required of them, and achieve their objectives to serve the requirements of quality control. 12. Follow up the information published on the college’s website and ensure that it is updated. 13. Prepare the periodic reports required to follow up the implementation of quality control requirements.
