The Strategic Objectives are
Strategic Goal I
Develop and enhance teaching and learning. This is achieved through planning, implementation and follow-up of the following objectives:
1- Developing the capabilities of faculty members, staff, students, graduates and members of the local community.
2- Providing technical support by establishing smart classrooms and using e-learning platforms of all kinds, including built-in.
3- Building a teaching and learning environment conducive to effective learning in the twenty-first century, and developing the university’s infrastructure so that the campus is conducive to effective learning processes, and providing it with the necessary equipment.
4- Organizing training courses to support students, some of them electronically.
5- Developing cooperation relations with other universities and transferring good practices in them.
6- Contributing to the globalization of education and building participatory relations with local, regional and international universities in cooperation with the Department of International Relations.
Second Strategic Goal:
Spreading the culture of e-learning and modern developments in educational technologies in line with the trends of education in the digital age, and this is achieved through the following objectives:
1- Organizing awareness courses for faculty members and employees to spread the culture of e-learning of various kinds.
2- Developing new educational materials with appropriate means and techniques to keep pace with modern technical developments and use them in the field of teaching.
3- Providing training, development and technical support necessary to develop the performance of faculty members and students.
4- Creating an e-learning environment that motivates students outside the campus to enroll in the university.
5- Developing partnership and communication with local and regional universities in the field of distance learning.
6- Developing usable materials with a blended learning system.
Third Strategic Goal:
Orientation towards the globalization of education, and cooperation with international universities through the exchange of faculty members, students and joint programs in cooperation with the Deanship of Scientific Research and Graduate Studies and the Department of International Relations.
1- Activating all agreements and memoranda of understanding with universities and other industrial and service institutions.
2- Encouraging faculty members to activate cooperation with the universities in which they studied.
3- Organizing scientific dialogues on the use of modern technologies in education.
