1. Raising the level of work in our Jordanian and Arab institutions by providing training programs and courses at a high and distinguished level in the fields of administrative development and vocational and technical rehabilitation.
  2. Transfer of technology, scientific knowledge and modern applications after adaptation, and make them compatible with the administrative and technical work environment in our institutions.
  3. Providing trainees with training materials that affect the reality of the Jordanian and Arab environment in which they live and work, and which discuss the most important issues facing this reality.
  4. Create an atmosphere of positive and harmonious interaction between the scientific knowledge of trainers and the practical experience of the participants in specialized courses.
  5. 5) Emphasizing the philosophy of continuing education through specialized seminars and workshops.
  6. 6) Cooperation with specialized training centers in some fields, and providing opportunities for these centers to provide their distinguished services under the umbrella of the Center for Studies, Consultations and Community Service at Irbid National University.

  4. Contribute to the development of technical expertise of university employees and develop the university’s capabilities in providing services to the community.
  5. Contribute to the establishment of specialized training centers at the national and regional levels.
